Drescher Kft. Strives to establish a long-term, continuous, good working relationship , therefore it tries to serve the Customer to the best of its knowledge.

Both parties agree to be in writing regarding the quotation, orders and their possible modifications, as well as the access IDs required for the data connection. Any changes to a particular job will only be accepted upon written notice. This can be a written document delivered by fax, e-mail, telegram, letter, courier.

The purpose of data management: the fulfillment of the Service Contract concluded or to be concluded with the Customer, as well as the related contact.

The legal basis of data management: data management is necessary for the creation of new contracts between the Customer (as data controller) and Drescher Kft. fundamental rights.

Duration of data management: unless otherwise provided by law, it lasts until the validity of the rights and obligations arising from the legal relationship that has been designated as a contact person in the Service Contract expires (generally 5 years).

 

Drescher Kft., In the “Service Contract” concluded with the Customer, mutually determines the persons appointed to contact us, and asks the relevant contact persons for a “Statement of Consent for Drescher Magyarországi Direct Mainling Kft., Partner Contact Data Management ”. Drescher Kft. Only accepts applications from the persons appointed for contact and who have filled in the consent form.

The personal data of the contact person (name, telephone number, e-mail) are stored by the contact person of Drescher Kft. On his telephone or in the correspondence list for the purpose of negotiations related to data processing and contact.

Drescher Kft. Only registers the contact details of the contact person in the "Partner contact" register. Drescher Kft. Also provides access to other persons, based on the request of the contact person, but it does not keep records of each person, the registration of which is the responsibility of the contact person.

Contact rights:

• Request for quotation, orders, requests for related amendments;

• Mailing list provided by Drescher Kft. In connection with memberships (addition / deletion);

• Requesting the accesses required for the DTPcher Kft. SFTP data connection (add / delete);

• Requesting Drescher Kft. Production WEB portal accesses (add / delete);

• If Drescher Kft. Also provides an “Archiv service” (e-invoice, EBP, invoice submission / settlement, customer service), then request access to it (add / delete).

Pursuant to Regulation 2016/679 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46, the contact point shall:

• you can request access to personal data, requesting information about the data managed at Drescher Kft. The provision of information or copies of processed data is free of charge;

• request the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data;

• you can exercise your right to protest, but in this case you cannot exercise your contact rights.

Drescher Kft. Keeps a register of the contact data of the Customers and the basic data of the contracts, in which the personal data of the contact persons are also registered, it also keeps a register of the login / identification account data necessary for the fulfillment of data connections.
