Our key customers are dealt with by a separate customer relationship manager in each case , providing information on the current status of the processing.

 

 

The main activity of our company is focused on the full range of “ business mailing ” ( DM ) tasks. Our customers are primarily banks, insurance companies, public service providers and telecommunications companies . Our service covers everything from the production of forms and raw materials, through personalization and envelope, to forwarding and delivery tasks.

 

 

The prepared shipments are packed according to the delivery needs, in accordance with the valid postal regulations, or according to the special needs of the customer .

Shipments are delivered to the designated mail processor or forwarded to the specified accounts through our logistics system with trained suppliers.

 

 

The entire production task , from the arrival of the data file to the delivery of the consignments, is strictly and retrievably documented .
