We currently have two production lines (2 x 2 PS440 printers, tied in a row) for the personalization of roll-based and leaflet-based forms. Our machines perform high-volume processing of leaflet forms with a resolution of 300 dpi (duplex) and a fusing temperature of 200-240 ° C.

Flatbed duplex printing is made possible by the addition of a translation unit to the production lines, thus forming a twin system. The machines can also operate individually in simplex mode.

Capacity: 1000 printed A4 pages per minute  speed.

For large personalization of roll-based and leaflet-based forms, and for the personalization of Magyar posta return receipt forms, for large-scale individual personalization, 600 dpi ( simplex ), with a fusing temperature of 200-240 ° C.

It processes large-scale forms with a resolution of 600 dpi and a fixation of 180-220 ° C. The printer can print front and back at the same time with an additional highlight color option. 4.pcs. With A4 / A3 input tray.

Our state-of-the-art machines, which are capable of producing a large amount of color, personalized prints - the so-called with white-paper technology. There is no need for prepress when using these machines, the input format is white  paper.

The printers have a dynamic perforator that allows you to print check and bank invoices in one spool, optimizing further processing.

It pre-processes and envelopes preprocessed forms. The system is suitable for reading 3 different based forms, personalized in one name, as well as for enveloping 5 more attachments at the same time.

The computer control provides an opportunity to perform more complex tasks, to maintain the set order, and to compile 100% guaranteed flawless envelope packages. The performance of the machine varies, depending primarily on the complexity of the task to be performed.

It pre-processes and envelopes preprocessed forms. The system is based on a roll-based form for reading a personalized form and naming 3 more attachments at the same time.

The computer control provides an opportunity to perform more complex tasks, to maintain the set order, and to compile 100% guaranteed flawless envelope packages. The performance of the machine varies, depending primarily on the complexity of the task to be performed. Cover lines are suitable for tracking shipments (file tracking), reading the shipment ID from each envelope, as well as the pages in the envelope, and printing it to a LOG file. This feature is being implemented.

Automatic retrieval and identification of shipments

During 2009, our KERN Envelope systems were equipped with a self-developed barcode reader system . Checking with the reader allows, on the one hand, to check the exact number of pieces and, on the other hand, to identify them by piece during file-level reconciliation with the database (filtering out missing / duplication).

​

The Bluecrest Tival envelope system is suitable for the identification of consignments and their contents at the factory, and the production path and contents of consignments can be tracked by file tracking. It collects and saves the IDs of the shipments (by reading back) and the IDs of the sheets in the LOG file.
